Helping teens thrive in their bodies, voices and choices.
In a culture that distorts beauty, love, sex and identity, it’s never been more confusing for our young people as they navigate one of the most vulnerable seasons of their life without a clear, grounded roadmap.
Whole-being Relationship and Sexual Health Education
In a world of misinformation, Emma speaks truth with grace, offering students value-based presentations that affirm their worth and dignity. Her sessions create a safe space for honest dialogue on real challenges, inspiring students to pursue balanced, fulfilling lives with healthy relationships.
“I don’t believe we can just fluke raising healthy young people in today’s world. We need to educate, parent and guide them with intent, purpose and clear values. That’s why I do what I do”.
Meet Emma
As a keynote speaker, educator and author with years of experience in biology teaching and pastoral care, Emma’s background is multi-faceted and quite honestly, her superpower. With a warm and down to earth nature, she is known for her unique ability to connect with students of all ages and make them feel truly seen and heard.
Emma is skilled in educating students on the awkward, messy and confusing topics they desperately want (and need) answers to in a cringe-free, age-appropriate manner. Her sessions cover topics including puberty, sexual and reproductive health, healthy relationships, body safety and consent, pornography, navigating the online world, body image, becoming a person of character and integrity, friendships and conflict resolution.
Ultimately, Emma’s aim is to inspire hope in the next generation and equip them with the knowledge and confidence to thrive.

WHAT YOU’VE SAID…
“Thank you so much for being “real” with our students. They definitely connected to your stories and we have only had positive feedback from staff and students. Even some boys saying “That wasn’t half bad sir” which is a real positive comment from a teenage boy!”
DINO ARRAIOL, HEAD OF WELLBEING & COMMUNITY, CALVARY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE
“Hey Emma, It’s Isla from your session tonight. I just wanted to say that the presentation you gave tonight was so inspiring and motivating, I feel like a new person! For a long time I have struggled with my body image and trying to change it based on things I saw on social media and how others perceived me. You have made me realise that the way my body looks is okay as long as I take care of it, it is exactly how it should be. Thank you so much, I really wanted you to know that what you are doing is changing so many girls lives!”
ISLA, 14 YEARS OLD
“Because of your talk I now understand my worth and value and I’m going to start doing some thing different in my life to show that.”
WILLOW, YEAR 9 STUDENT
“The presentation was engaging, informative, and exceptionally well-delivered. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to Emma as she shared valuable insights and practical guidance on supporting our teens through their challenging adolescent years.”
PARENT, NORTHSIDE CHRISTIAN COLLEGE
“Hey Emma, I was one of the girls at your talk on Wednesday at our school. I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything, from every word you delivered to the way you delivered it, it really moved us all. Thank you for reminding us of the joy we used to have as kids and that we don’t have to lose that. Especially reminding us that women are so much more than just our bodies. I must say you are such an amazing public speaker and you’re really funny. You are so inspirational and it was such a blessing to be able to hear from you. We hope you get to impact and empower more young women in the same way you helped us.”
FEMALE STUDENT, YEAR 11
“Emma, I cannot express how much I absolutely adored the sessions that you ran. Although I am not yet a parent, I thought your parents session was pure gold and have recommended you to so many of my friends who do have kids. The puberty session was good however what really stood out to me was the combined boys/girls session. I was blown away by the way you created an environment where kids felt free to be so vulnerable and raw. It was incredible to see them sharing so courageously and their peers so supportive. I walked away in awe of the beautiful space you created. For me, it was one of the most impactful and rewarding times I've had as a teacher.”
