Emma is on a bold mission: to challenge the messages young people are told—and to help them see themselves with clarity, strength and confidence.

Emma’s work is personal, purpose-driven, and shaped by real experience — from her own teen years to teaching high school biology and raising three children. She brings a rare blend of lived insight, professional credibility, and heartfelt connection to every student interaction.

As a sought-after facilitator, Emma delivers engaging, age-appropriate workshops for students in Years 5–12. Her sessions cover vital topics such as puberty, health, body image, wellbeing, social media, friendships, relationships, and sex. Her approach is wholesome, values-based, and backed by evidence, creating safe spaces for open, meaningful conversations.

More than just informative, Emma’s work is transformational — equipping young people to navigate adolescence with self-respect, resilience, and a strong sense of worth. In partnership with educators and parents, she isn’t just preparing teens for what’s ahead — she’s empowering them to shape the future with confidence and character.

Truth Over Noise

Emma’s work is grounded in a deep belief that young people deserve better than the noisy, hypersexualised, and often harmful messages that bombard them. In a culture that distorts beauty, love, sex and identity, it’s never been more confusing for our young people as they navigate one of the most vulnerable seasons of their life without a clear, grounded roadmap.

While many speak negatively about the next generation, Emma knows firsthand that what young people are craving is healthy connections, truth and purpose. This is why she chooses to partner with today’s youth in empowering them to critically analyse culture and media whilst passionately calling them into a new narrative centred around respect, intimacy and empathy.

Emma equips tweens and teens with the tools to navigate their bodies, relationships, and choices with confidence, clarity, a strong sense of self and personal values. Her heart is not to only raise teens’ standards for themselves and their relationships, but to raise the hope that their future can be built on dignity and deeply fulfilling connections.
